I strive for a variety in food preparation with building upon recipe information through countless cooking experiments. I have shared cooking secrets through teaching basic cooking sessions on updated sanitary cooking methods, proper cooking utensils, food storage, and notes on product selection and availability.
I have entered local cooking contests and contributed many hours of sponsoring food samples to interested audiences. I have given away more than one hundred thousand personally baked cookies and other foods. I believe that by replacing all junk food with healthy food, which looks and tasted better, your body will function and age better with nurturing nutrients.
I have lost fifty-five pounds within two months after discovering and making the changes in my food selection and preparation. I have attributed my good heath and well-being from a daily workout and eating balance and properly prepared meals. I had problems with diabetes, kidney stones, and bone problems, which were virtually elimated with my daily commitment of striving for a good, healthy body.
